Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If there's a problem with your order, please email us right away at rudyislandgrill@gmail.com and we'll do what we can to make it right. Plates can only be returned if they arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item. Though some items are non-returnable, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. 

  • All returns must be completed within 2 hours of receiving order; we are unable to accept any returns past 2 hours.
  • All damages must be reported within 2 hours of receiving the order.
  • No refunds, food will be replaced.
